If you’re looking for regular service: we will match you with a cleaner and share a short profile of them so you can ensure you are happy with the person who will be looking after your home. Once confirmed, they will become your regular cleaner, providing a reliable and personalised service tailored to your household’s needs.
If it is more convenient, we can also arrange to securely hold a set of house keys so your cleaner can visit while you are at work or out during the day, allowing you to return to a freshly cleaned home.

Yes. For new clients, we require a first deep clean to bring the property up to our standard before beginning regular maintenance cleans.

You are welcome to be at home during the clean, but many clients prefer to go about their day while the cleaner works. As long as our cleaner can access the property, you do not need to be present.

Cleaning products and basic supplies can either be provided by the client or supplied by the cleaner depending on the arrangement. If you have preferred products or specific surfaces that require certain cleaners, you are welcome to provide them.
