CLIENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms apply to all domestic cleaning services provided by Polished Up Cleaning Company.
1. Booking Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed once written confirmation has been sent by Polished Up Cleaning Company.
2. Regular Cleaning Schedule
Regular cleaning services are available on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.
After the first regular clean has been booked, future visits will be scheduled by Polished Up Cleaning Company based on the frequency selected by the client.
Clients will receive an email reminder a few days before each scheduled visit.
3. Introductory Discount Offer
From time to time Polished Up Cleaning Company may offer promotional discount codes for new customers.
Discount codes:
Are only valid for new clients.
Apply only to the first regular clean following the initial deep clean.
Cannot be applied to deep cleans, one‑off cleans, or any additional services.
Cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
May be withdrawn at any time without notice.
Only one promotional code may be used per household.
4. Payment Terms
Payment must be made before the scheduled cleaning appointment unless agreed otherwise. Payments may be made by card or bank transfer. For regular cleaning services, payment will be collected automatically or invoiced before each scheduled appointment.
Polished Up Cleaning Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings where payment has not been received.
5. Access to the Property
Clients must provide safe and legal access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. Where parking restrictions apply, suitable parking must be available within a reasonable distance of the property.
If access is not provided and the cleaner cannot enter the property, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and charges may apply.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must notify Polished Up Cleaning Company of any cancellations or rescheduling requests via email, the booking system, or another agreed communication method.
Clients may reschedule or cancel appointments with at least 48 hours notice.
Where less than 48 hours notice is given, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.
Same‑day cancellations may be charged in full.
7. Gap Between Regular Cleans
If more than 28 days pass between completed regular cleans, the next visit may be charged at the monthly cleaning rate.
8. Condition of Property
Clients must inform Polished Up Cleaning Company in advance of any issues that may affect the cleaning service including heavy build‑up, mould, infestations, or hazardous conditions.
Additional time or charges may apply where the condition of the property requires work beyond a standard clean.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
Any issues with the cleaning service must be reported within 24 hours of the appointment. Where possible, clients should provide photos to help us assess the issue quickly and accurately.

Where appropriate, Polished Up Cleaning Company will arrange a return visit to address the issue.
10. Damages
Any accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of the cleaning appointment.
Liability is limited to the value of the cleaning service unless negligence is proven.
11. Keys & Security
Clients are responsible for arranging secure access to the property and for providing any necessary instructions regarding alarms or entry systems. Where keys are provided, they must be left in a secure location. Polished Up Cleaning Company cannot accept responsibility for keys left in unsecured locations or where access arrangements are unclear.
12. Amendments
Polished Up Cleaning Company reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
